Email Strategies

Email Strategies, also referred to as Mail Agents, let you create AI-assisted outbound email campaigns. Each strategy combines messaging instructions, targeting inputs, and delivery settings to support personalized outreach.

Key Concepts

• Strategy — An email campaign configuration with instructions, templates, and target lists
• Send — The act of dispatching emails to a list of contacts
• Email Sending — Verified sending domains used to deliver outbound mail (requires configuration)

Getting Started

1. Configure your email settings (see Email Sending)
2. Create a List with target contacts (see Lists)
3. Navigate to Agents > Email Strategies
4. Click + Create Strategy

Strategy List

The Email Strategies page gives you an overview of all configured outbound programs in your workspace. For each strategy, you can review:

• Name
• Status — Draft, active, or completed
• Send Count — Number of emails sent
• Quick actions: view, edit, emails report
