Tasks
Tasks help your team track follow-up work related to contacts, deals, and other CRM activity.
Accessing Tasks
Navigate to CRM > Tasks > My Day to see your personal task queue for today.
Creating a Task
Tasks can be created from several places in the product:
- Contact detail page — Add a follow-up task for a specific contact
- Deal detail page — Create a task linked to a deal
- Tasks page — Create a standalone task
Wherever you create one, the same full task drawer opens, so no field is out of reach:
- Title — what needs to happen
- Type and Priority — high, medium, or low
- Start / Due / Reminder dates — schedule the work and get nudged before it slips
- Estimate — expected effort
- Notes and Tags — context for whoever picks it up
- Recurrence — repeat by frequency and interval, with an optional end date, for standing work like weekly check-ins
- Associated Contact/Deal — the record this task belongs to, shown in the drawer header
Tasks aren't only created by people: AI agents, automations, and orchestrations create them too, and those tasks carry a link back to the conversation or run that created them.
My Day View
The My Day view organizes work by urgency:
- Overdue — Past due tasks requiring attention
- Today — Tasks due today
- Upcoming — Tasks due in the near future
Completing Tasks
Click the checkbox next to a task to mark it complete. Completed items move to the done section and are timestamped automatically.
