# Sent SMS Report

The Sent SMS Report gives you visibility into outbound text message activity and delivery outcomes.

## Accessing the Report

Navigate to **Reports > Sent SMS** to view the SMS report.

## Overview Metrics

The top of the report summarizes overall sending activity, including:

- **Total Sent** — Number of SMS messages dispatched
- **Delivered** — Successfully delivered messages
- **Failed** — Messages that could not be delivered

## Message List

Browse individual sent messages in the main report table:

- **Recipient** — Phone number and contact name
- **Content** — Message preview
- **Agent** — Which SMS agent sent it
- **Status** — Delivered or failed
- **Date** — When the message was sent

## Message Detail

Open a message to review its details:

- Full message content
- Delivery status and timestamps
- Associated contact
- Conversation thread context
