Sent SMS Report

The Sent SMS Report gives you visibility into outbound text message activity and delivery outcomes.

Accessing the Report

Navigate to Reports > Sent SMS to view the SMS report.

Overview Metrics

The top of the report summarizes overall sending activity, including:

• Total Sent — Number of SMS messages dispatched
• Delivered — Successfully delivered messages
• Failed — Messages that could not be delivered

Message List

Browse individual sent messages in the main report table:

• Recipient — Phone number and contact name
• Content — Message preview
• Agent — Which SMS agent sent it
• Status — Delivered or failed
• Date — When the message was sent

Message Detail

Open a message to review its details:

• Full message content
• Delivery status and timestamps
• Associated contact
• Conversation thread context
