OfficeRnD Integration

The OfficeRnD integration connects Karmaflow.ai with your coworking or flexible workspace management platform.

Setup

1. Navigate to Settings > OfficeRnD
2. Enter your OfficeRnD API credentials
3. Configure sync settings
4. Click Save

Capabilities

Once connected, Karmaflow.ai supports workflows such as:

• Sync members as contacts in your CRM
• Access booking data during conversations
• Look up availability of meeting rooms and desks
• Manage memberships through AI agent interactions

Agent Access

Supported AI agents can use OfficeRnD data during conversations and service workflows:

• Answer questions about space availability
• Help visitors book tours or meeting rooms
• Look up member information and account status
• Process membership inquiries
