Calendly Integration

Connect Calendly so your AI agents can check availability and book appointments during supported workflows.

Setup

1. Navigate to Settings > Calendly
2. Enter your Calendly API credentials
3. Select which event types to make available
4. Click Save

How It Works

Once configured, supported agents can:

1. Check availability — Query Calendly for open time slots
2. Book appointments — Schedule meetings on behalf of contacts
3. Send confirmations — Share booking details during the conversation

Supported Agent Types

• Voice Agents — "Let me check what times we have available... I can book you for Tuesday at 2pm."
• Chat Agents — Present available slots in the chat and book when the visitor selects one
• Email Strategies — Include personalized booking links

Configuration

• Event Types — Select which Calendly event types agents can book
• Timezone Handling — Automatically adjusts for the contact's timezone
• Confirmation — Configure how booking confirmations are communicated
