User Settings

Use the User Settings page to manage your personal profile, account security, and display preferences.

Accessing Settings

Select your avatar or initials in the top-right corner of the application, then choose Settings.

Profile Information

From this page, you can update the personal details tied to your account:

• First Name and Last Name
• Email Address — Used for sign-in and notifications
• Password — Change your account password

Theme

KarmaFlow supports both light and dark themes. Use the sun or moon icon in the top navigation bar to switch modes. Your preference is saved automatically.

Two-Factor Authentication

For additional account security, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA):

1. Open Settings
2. Click Enable 2FA
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
4. Enter the verification code to confirm setup

After 2FA is enabled, you will be prompted for a verification code each time you sign in.

Notifications

User settings also connect to your notification experience:

• In-App Notifications — View unread notifications from the bell icon in the top navigation
• Following — Track specific contacts, deals, or conversations for updates

You can access notifications from the bell icon or by visiting /notifications.
