Navigating KarmaFlow
KarmaFlow organizes its main product areas through the top navigation bar. This guide explains the platform structure so you can move between agents, CRM records, reporting, and settings more efficiently.
Top Navigation Bar
The main navigation appears at the top of the application and groups features into a small number of primary menus.
Agents
Use the Agents menu to access the AI-powered execution surfaces in your workspace:
- Voice Agents — Phone-based campaigns and calling workflows
- Chat Agents — Website chat experiences
- SMS Agents — Text messaging workflows
- Email Strategies — Outbound email programs
- Task Agents — Background AI execution
- Orchestrations — Multi-step workflow automation
CRM
Use the CRM menu to work with your core customer and pipeline records:
- Contacts — Primary people records
- Leads — Early-stage or unqualified prospects
- Companies — Shared organization records
- Deals — Pipeline opportunities
- Lists — Reusable contact segments
- Forms — Data capture and intake forms
- Tasks — Follow-up task management
Reports
Use Reports to review communication activity and reporting views:
- Sent Mail Report — Email delivery and engagement reporting
- Sent SMS Report — SMS delivery activity
- Explorations — Custom data exploration views
- Escalations — Conversations or items that need attention
Settings
Use Settings for personal preferences and workspace-level configuration:
- User Settings — Your profile and personal preferences
- Integrations — Connected third-party services such as HubSpot and Calendly
- Phone Numbers — Provisioned numbers used by voice and messaging workflows
- Vector Stores — Uploaded knowledge sources used by AI features
Global Search
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from anywhere in the application to open global search. This is the fastest way to jump into relevant contacts, conversations, and communication records.
Mobile Navigation
On smaller screens, the main navigation collapses into a hamburger menu. Open the menu to access the same product areas in a mobile-friendly layout.
Keyboard Shortcuts
- Cmd/Ctrl + K — Open global search
- Escape — Close open menus, dropdowns, and modals
