The KarmaFlow dashboard is the main workspace overview for your team. It gives you a real-time view of activity, communication volume, and operational momentum across the platform.
At the top of the dashboard, an AI-written Account Overview briefing turns the signals KarmaFlow already produces — conversation sentiment and outcomes, channel volume with a week-over-week delta, and CRM movement (new contacts, deal changes, intent signals) — into a short, specific summary of how things are going, alongside a timezone-aware greeting, tone-coloured insight chips, a quick stat strip, and suggested next steps. The briefing is generated when you open the dashboard and cached for the day; you can force a refresh at any time.
The briefing respects your role. Admins, managers, and anyone granted the analytics-manage permission see insights across all accounts, while everyone else sees a briefing scoped to the accounts they personally own (the card notes when it's owner-scoped).
The What's New card surfaces the latest release notes right on the dashboard. When a new version ships, the card re-opens itself so you don't miss it; minimize it once you've caught up and it stays out of the way until the next release. The same notes live in the What's New help article.
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find metric cards showing:
Each metric card shows the current count and the change relative to the previous comparison period so you can quickly understand whether activity is rising or falling.
The dashboard includes several interactive charts:
Use the date range picker and channel filters at the top of the page to narrow the dashboard to the time period and communication channels that matter most for your review.
Click any metric card to jump directly to the related area of the platform. For example, selecting the Chat Sessions card takes you to the chat sessions view so you can continue from summary into detail.
