# CRM Dashboards

The CRM Dashboards page exposes a catalog of preset widgets backed by your live deal, pipeline, and activity data. Pin the widgets you care about and the board sticks per browser.

Navigate to **CRM > CRM Dashboards** to open it.

## Widget Catalog

Eight presets ship out of the box, grouped by purpose:

**Forecast**
- **Forecast: Commit / Best / Pipeline** — the same five tiles as the dedicated Forecast page.
- **Forecast leaderboard (by owner)** — per-rep commit, best, pipeline, weighted, closed-won, open count. Sorted by attainment.

**Funnel**
- **Open deals funnel (by stage)** — horizontal bars per stage with count, total value, weighted value, average age in days.
- **Win rate by source** — settled-deal win rate, won/lost count, average won value per source.

**Activity**
- **Activity per rep (last 30 days)** — calls + sent emails + sent SMS per actor over a rolling window. Window is adjustable per widget instance.

**Funnel (lifecycle)**
- **Lifecycle ladder** — contact count at each lifecycle stage (Subscriber → Customer → Evangelist) plus an Out-of-funnel bucket for Unqualified / Other.

**Hygiene**
- **Stuck deals** — open deals whose last stage change is older than N days (default 30). Configurable threshold and owner scope.

**Pipeline**
- **Hottest deals** — top open deals ranked by score, then by weighted value. Click any row to open the deal detail page.

Each widget shows a refresh icon in its header to re-run on demand.

## Pinning Widgets

The "Pin widgets" bar lists every preset as a toggleable chip. With nothing pinned, the page shows the full catalog. Click a chip to add or remove that widget from your board. The selection persists per browser via localStorage, so each user can curate their own daily board.

## How the Widgets Are Backed

The catalog is served by `/internal/crm-dashboards/widgets` and each widget executes via `POST /internal/crm-dashboards/widgets/:id/execute`. The forecast widgets delegate to the same service that powers the [Forecast](/help/crm/forecast) page so the math stays in one place. Activity, lifecycle, stuck, and hot-list widgets aggregate Mongo directly.

If you want a metric that isn't in the catalog, use the LLM-driven [Dashboard Builder](/help/reports/overview) for one-off charts — CRM Dashboards is the curated preset surface; Dashboard Builder is the open canvas.
